The Fat & Skinny Tire Fest has become an economically beneficial event for many small businesses and our community as a whole. Over the years, the Fat & Skinny Tire Fest has also helped spur continued progress on a more bicycling and pedestrian-friendly planning strategy, including infrastructure like our sidewalks, greenways, and trails. This festival promotes awareness of bicycling in our community, adding to the quality of life for all our residents and visitors — but we can’t pull it off without our volunteers. Each volunteer plays a special part in making our community a better place by helping with the set-up and events that make up Fat & Skinny Tire Fest.
The Festival’s Success Depends on Our Volunteers
There are several different options for those who want to get involved. Whether it’s helping to set up vendors, taking photos, or welcoming visitors, there’s something for everyone! Be a part of something big and celebrate our community with us by volunteering at the Fat & Skinny Tire Fest. As a bonus, we’ll also throw in a free t-shirt, swag, and provide you with a meal!
